Because it’s not just your child who needs care — it’s you too.

We see you. And we know how it feels

If you’re here, you’ve likely tried everything — sticker charts, bedtime routines, online advice — and still feel like every day is a storm.
You’re tired of meltdowns, bedtime battles, and feeling isolated. Tired of feeling like you’re failing — even though you’re doing your absolute best.

The truth? You’re not failing. You’re parenting in a system that doesn’t support you or your child.

That’s why we created this program: to give you the tools, strategies, and support you need — not just to manage the chaos, but to feel confident again.

That’s what this space is for.

Parent Testimonials

“We stopped yelling. Our son started sleeping.”
“Before Unicool, our evenings were chaos. Every bedtime was a meltdown—tears, yelling, and guilt. We felt like we were constantly failing. Within just a few weeks of coaching, we learned to approach things differently. We created a calming routine, and for the first time in years, he fell asleep without a fight. We’re not perfect—but we’re finally at peace.”
Jen, mum of 7-year-old with suspected ADHD & sensory processing needs
“We felt understood—for the first time.”
“Every service we tried before made us feel like we were doing it wrong—too soft, too strict, too emotional. But here, the first thing we heard was ‘you’re not alone, and you’re not broken.’ The coaches actually get neurodivergent parenting. They helped us stop reacting with fear, and start responding with confidence. It’s the first time we’ve felt truly seen.”
Dan & Priya, parents of 9-year-old with autism & PDA profile
“This gave us hope, not shame.”
“I used to cry after school pick-up. Our child was anxious, explosive, and misunderstood at school and home. We were losing connection and hope. Unicool didn’t judge us—they offered a plan, real tools, and warmth. Now we have fewer battles, more laughs, and a roadmap forward. It saved our family.”
Aisha, parent of 10-year-old with ADHD & anxiety

F.A.Q.

There are so many parenting courses out there — what makes this one different?

This isn’t just another set of parenting tips. It’s a hands-on, emotionally aware support system created specifically for parents of neurodiverse children.
You won’t get theory-heavy lectures — you’ll get real tools that fit into real, chaotic family life. Every strategy is developed by professionals and tested with families like yours.
You’ll also have the chance to apply what you learn in a safe space — with guidance, coaching, and support along the way.

What’s the format of the course?

The core is a self-paced video course with short, easy-to-follow lessons. You’ll also get printable resources like toolkits, checklists, and scripts to use right away.
If you choose a support plan, you’ll join live coaching calls (group or 1:1) with a trained parenting coach who knows neurodiverse families inside out.

How long does the course take?

The full video course is around 5 hours of content, broken into modules you can complete at your own pace. Go slowly, applying things week by week. You decide what works best for you.

How long will I have access?

You get full, unlimited access to the course and materials from the moment you join — no time limits or expiry.

Do I have to complete all the home practice?

You don’t have to do everything, but the more you try things out, the more change you’ll see.
This isn’t about ticking boxes — it’s about experimenting, reflecting, and finding what works for your child. You’ll never be pressured or judged. Just gently supported to take the next step at your pace.

I feel ashamed, guilty, or nervous to open up — what if I can’t share?

You’re not alone in feeling that way. Many parents come in carrying guilt, shame, or fear of being judged.
That’s exactly why we’ve created a kind and confidential space. Whether you choose the group or 1:1 path, our community is based on empathy, not advice-giving.
You share only what feels right — and everything stays safe, respectful, and private.

Is this right for my family?

If you’re parenting a neurodiverse child — with or without a diagnosis — and daily life feels harder than it should… this is for you.
Whether it’s big meltdowns, daily resistance, challenges, or feeling unsure how to help — this space is here to support you.

Is it possible to watch recordings of sessions? If I can’t attend the session, can I join another group or watch the recording?

Coaching sessions are not recorded. It’s important for us to keep safe space.

Do both parents need to take part?

Not at all. Many families have just one parent or caregiver involved — and that’s perfectly fine. If your partner does want to join, that’s great too. We offer tools and prompts to help you stay aligned even if only one person takes the course.

Will there be an analysis of the situations of each participant?
Will each meeting be united by a theme or in a free format of situation analysis?

Our group coaching follows a light structure based on key topics (like emotional regulation, routines, or school support), but there’s always space to bring in current challenges from participants. It’s a blend of focused content and real-life discussion.
Yes — this is a key part of what makes the programme effective. In both group and 1:1 formats, we create space to look at your specific challenges, not just general advice. If you choose the group format, you’ll also hear from others in similar situations — which can be just as powerful.

My child does not have an official diagnosis, but there are symptoms. Will the program help in this case and do I need a diagnosis?

Absolutely. Many families come to us before getting a formal diagnosis. If you see signs of ADHD, sensory sensitivity, emotional intensity, or behavioural challenges — this course can give you clarity, strategies, and emotional support now. No label needed to get started
